I went to Bucaro Brothers up until a year ago when I bought a new car. I’m almost wanting my warranty to run out because of the stellar service I got from Okon. I have never been to a mechanic that I trusted completely before him. I had a VW Passat and it had mostly minor things, but a couple major fixes and I never felt taken advantage of. Okon and the rest of the staff were always courteous and were very accomodating time-wise. When my Passat was totaled, I asked his advise on a new vehicle. He told me his choice and said “I may never see you again because it’s such a well-running vehicle, but that’s what I had my family member get”. He was right, but as soon as it needs something that isn’t covered, I’m going back.
