Because of his readily transferrable skills, Petitioner was highly employable so there was no wage loss. GWC lawyer Donn LaHaie was able to settle the case for $125,000.

    A 22 y.o worker that received her income mostly from tips broke her tib/fib in a work place accident. While the insurance company didn’t deny the claim, they did deny the amount of money that our client was making.
